French Toast
Ingredients:
- 4 Slices of
bread
- 2 Tbs butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
essence
- Icing sugar
and lemon juice
Instructions:
- Beat eggs in
a dish, beat beat them lightly and add vanilla essence.
- Soak the bread
in eggs one at a time, making sure all the egg gets soaked up.
- Melt the butter
gently in a pan and when it's fairly hot.
- Cook the bread
until it's nice and brown on both sides.
- Serve serve
with sprinkled sugar and lemon juice.
